STEP 2

Print the order form from your browser. Fill in the information requested. Package your items in a sturdy box. Seal box along with the order form.

STEP 3

After you have completed the order form. You can request a free shipping label by clicking on the box to the right. There is no cost to you for your inbound shipping.
